Shipping Policy

This policy covers orders placed through our store for destinations available at checkout. We normally prepare orders in approximately 1–2 business days. After processing, estimated delivery or transit takes 3–5 business days. These windows are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates.

Shipping charges and any free-shipping eligibility are confirmed at checkout. Delivery may be restricted by destination, carrier coverage, product size, or applicable requirements. Enter the full delivery address, a working email, and an accurate phone number; changes may no longer be possible once fulfillment starts.

When tracking becomes available, we provide the shipment details so you can follow carrier updates. A new tracking number may take time to show movement. For a delay, suspected loss, delivered-but-missing parcel, or damaged package, contact us with your order number, checkout email, and tracking number. Include photographs of the product and packaging when damage is involved. We will review the details and coordinate an appropriate investigation or next step.
