Refund Policy

We accept returns of both defective and non-defective merchandise, and we accept exchanges. This includes a change of mind, personal preference, or an incorrect product selection. Eligible goods must be new and unused, in their original condition, with the original packaging, labels, and included accessories retained.

Request a return or exchange within 30 days after the item is delivered. Tell us the order number, checkout email, and reason for the request. Damage, defects, a wrong item, missing parts, or a material difference from the description may also be reported for resolution; for damage, defects, wrong items, or missing pieces, provide photos or video of the item and packaging.

Returns are sent by mail after authorization. Do not ship an item back without approval. A return label is enclosed in the package and is free of charge; we do not charge a restocking fee. Exchange availability depends on actual stock. Approved refunds are processed within 10 days and returned to the original payment method.
